Hope you are all well,
Winter is around the corner!
No more nasty fly bites or sun burn!
Few newer customers I’d like to welcome to Gothersley hope you have settled in well.
We would like to say a big thank you to our long term customers, thanks for all your support to Gothersley it is really much appreciated!
We would like to give Simon a big welcome back you have been very much missed! great to have you back at work, look after the ankle.
We have a new member of the Gothersley team call Tom, who has been with us since end of July and has horses with he’s family at Gothersley. He has been sweeping fields, fencing etc with Andy and has been a life saver with having Simon off work.
Abbe has covered all the girls holiday this summer, a brilliant hard worker and fab with the horse, Abbe will still be covering weekends and odd days.
Caitlin has also covered a few days holiday and will continue to work a Saturday or Sunday, A really lovely girls who get stuck in and works really hard, fab with the horses.
Rest of the Gothersley Team thank you ladies for your constant hard work we really do appreciated what you do!

Worming
We will be worming with Equest Promox mid December, Any problems please let us know.
Raffle Show Jump (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
At last we got last years raffle money show jump.
We will be doing as much maintaining and building of the cross country jumps this year.
Fields (Stable-Livery’s)
We will be moving horses 07th September and 12th/19th October, please kept an eye on the board,
If you do have any concerns please call Becki on the yard phone as soon as you can.
H & S (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
Riding hats must be worn at all times while riding!
OUTDOOR SCHOOL H & S (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
If show-jumps are Safe and upright they can stay inside the Out-door school,
If you want to remove show jumps from the school place back in the pile.
Don’t throw over fence.
Staff will be checking daily and marking off.
Office Hours (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
Every Monday 9.00am- 6.00pm
Pay Weekend (only the First full weekend in the month)
Friday 3.00-5.00pm
Saturday 1.00-500pm
Andy and Becki might be available in the office Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but not guaranteed if attending to other tasks at Gothersley Equine Centre.
Staff hours (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
Winter hours for yard hands/grooms 7.30-12.30pm Lunch 3.00-5.00pm/ 2.30-4.30pm
winter hours for yard hands/maintenance 8.00-1.00pm Lunch 2.00-4.30pm
All hours can be weather dependent.
General yard notice (Stable-Grass Livery’s)
Water drinkers must be checked daily and cleaned out at least once a week.
Riding hats must always be wore at all times when riding!
Securely closing doors and gates (Stable & Grass Livery’s)
If you are the last person on the yard can you when leaving at night close and lock main gates to
yard behind you (even if you are unsure you’re the last lock them anyway, Gothersley customers should know the code to open them). This will help to secure the yard and safety of horses and belongings. For the safety of your horse and others please make sure all gates are securely closed behind you when leaving field just encase there is other horses still in there that you can’t see, make sure your stable door is closed and clips put on if needed,

Anything at all to do with Gothersley Equine Centre Stable and Grass Livery’s, day to day running on yard, Livery service etc, delivering products stable and grass, all Stable maintenance, (I know this can be boring to read but the first person to text ‘read it’ to yard phone will get 4 slots free in the outdoor school) all Grass Maintenance, bills problem questions stable or grass, to cancel school,
